Initial Deep Clean & Fortnightly Maintenance Cleaning

I charge a fixed flat rate ($140–$200), not by the hour. I never rush; I stay until the job is fully completed.02. The First Clean (Initial Deep Clean):
The first visit requires a thorough deep clean, taking 3.5+ hours. The initial cost is 1.7 to 2 times the regular cleaning rate.01. Quality Over Quantity:
I focus deeply on quality by cleaning only two houses per day.

Based on the details you provide (bedrooms, bathrooms, and floor type), I will send you an initial estimated price range for both the First Clean (Initial Deep Clean) and ongoing regular maintenance.02. Final Fixed Quote
During the First Clean, I assess the exact layout and needs of your home. Immediately after completion, I will text you the final confirmed price for that day's job, along with a fixed flat rate for your ongoing regular cleaning.To Continue Regular Service: Simply reply with your confirmation and send the payment.If Not: You only pay for the initial clean. No pressure, no obligations.Note: For heavy-duty jobs expected to take over 3.5 hours on a regular basis, I highly recommend a two-person team from a local cleaning franchise instead.
